Lucignano, one of the most characteristic village in the Valdichiana, with shops and services of all kinds, is easily reached on foot. The walk to the imposing elliptical walls of the small town is one of the things that our customers always tell us with enthusiasm. The olive trees, the small road on the hill that goes up and once in the village the characteristic cafés among the paved alleys, where you can always taste an ice cream or a glass of good Tuscan wine.

Casa Rosada is situated in the countryside of the southern Valdichiana, just a stone's throw from Lucignano, a characteristic medieval village that still retains its original elliptical walls. Lucignano is a 15-minute walk away, up to the magnificent Porta San Giusto which gives access to its stone alleyways, where you can spend lazy summer evenings in typical restaurants and bars, enjoying a good dinner of Chianina beef and local red wine. Set among green hills and fertile cultivated fields, not far from Monte San Savino, Casa Antica is a stone farmhouse immersed in the enchanting scenery of the Tuscan countryside. From here you can venture out on countless walks among sunflowers and ears of corn, enjoying the wonderful colours of the fields and woods.

The property is internally divided into three apartments: on the ground floor there is the first one, while on the First Floor there are the other 2, both of them with 2 bedrooms (one double and one twin), a kitchen + living room and 1 bathroom.
